Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Meridian, Idaho. The role supports onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HRIS, reporting to the VP of HR and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, a bachelor's degree, and preferred SHRM CP/PHR credentials. The position is hybrid with on-site schedule Monday–Thursday and remote Friday. Strong data and project management skills are required.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience in small to mid-size organizations and/or healthcare environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• SHRM CP or PHR preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and deliver HR guidance.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and oversee onboarding and documentation.
• Audit and maintain HR records, ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and support workforce planning decisions.
• Lead HR projects, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
