Apex Service Partners seeks an Onsite Employee Services (HR) Generalist in Caldwell, Idaho to support day-to-day HR operations for the Idaho market. The role reports to the Regional Director of Employee Services and emphasizes an employee-focused, high-performance culture.

The ESG will promote HR practices, manage onboarding, orientation, engagement, and safety initiatives across locations with ADP as the primary records system. 100% onsite with light travel across Idaho.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role with onboarding and engagement focus.
• Experience with hiring processes, background checks, and compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient with ADP and iCIMS for HR activities.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to HR across multiple locations and entities.
• Run background screenings, drug screens, and pre-hire compliance documents.
• Coordinate start dates, equipment access, and new hire paperwork across sites.
• Lead regional virtual orientation for new hires and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assist in investigating and resolving employee relations issues.
• Maintain employee records and respond to HR inquiries via email/phone.
