TalentBridge in Meridian, ID is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support HR service delivery, onboarding, and policy interpretation across markets. You will partner with leadership, manage data and reporting, and drive HR projects with a collaborative, hands-on mindset.

The role requires 7+ years of HR experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication. Expect hybrid work with on-site presence in Meridian and remote Fridays in MST.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven advisor to managers with strong business acumen.
