Apex Service Partners in Caldwell, Idaho seeks an Onsite Employee Services (HR) Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. This 100% onsite role handles onboarding, hiring, orientation, safety initiatives, and employee engagement across the Idaho market, with light travel to regional sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR-related role with onboarding/orientation/employee engagement.
• 1-2 years in basic employee conflict resolution processes.
• Experience with ADP and iCIMS.
• Experience with employee/customer facilitation and correspondence.
• Strong customer service, communication, and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative HR support across multiple locations/entities.
• Manage hiring by running background screenings and drug tests.
• Coordinate start dates, equipment access, and new hire paperwork.
• Lead virtual orientation for regional new hire classes.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist Director with investigations, compliance and employee relations.
