Northpoint Recovery in Meridian, ID, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support HR policy interpretation, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and data accuracy. You will partner with the VP of HR and affiliate leaders to manage projects and provide reporting.

The role is hybrid: on-site Mon-Thu and remote Fri, with compensation between $70,000 and $90,000 per year. A strong background in healthcare HR and SHRM/PHR certification is preferred.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
