Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to act as a trusted partner across HR programs and policies in a hybrid Gilbert, AZ environment. You will advise on performance management, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations while supporting payroll, HRIS, and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi-state HR experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience in a multi-state organization.
• Experience navigating complex employee relations issues.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the HR Manager and Director of People Operations to carry out vision and plans for HR programs throughout the company.
• Assists and manages day-to-day HR activities and provides counsel to employees, supervisors, and managers regarding all HR best practices, policy interpretation, policies, HR compliance and appropriate workplace conduct.
• Provides support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized and sensitive questions and issues arise; may administer and execute tasks in delicate circumstances.
• Manages and collaborates with Talent, Payroll, HRIS, Benefits and hiring leaders.
• Supports employee lifecycle activities and maintains personnel records in compliance with guidance.
