EcoShield Pest Solutions in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with regional leaders and advise on policies, performance management, orientation and training. You will manage day-to-day HR activities, support the employee lifecycle, and maintain accurate HRIS records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifikationen

• The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience in a multi-state organization.
• Experience navigating complex employee relations issues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or similar preferred.

• Partner with HR leadership to implement HR programs and plans.
• Advise employees and managers on policies and performance issues.
• Administer sensitive employee relations inquiries and investigations.
• Collaborate with Talent, Payroll, HRIS, Benefits and hiring leaders.
• Support employee lifecycle activities and records maintenance.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and new policy development.
• Prepare regular HR reports and conduct trainings as needed.
• Assist with insurance programs and state compliance requirements.
