Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Human Resources Generalist to act as a trusted advisor across HR functions, supporting multiple regions. You will help with performance management, onboarding, policy guidance, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance while partnering with payroll, HRIS and hiring leaders.

You will manage employee records, assist management with complex employee relations issues, and contribute to reporting and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a multi-state organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and payroll/benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to execute HR programs across regions.
• Advise on performance management, orientation, training, policy interpretation and compliance.
• Support employee lifecycle activities and maintain accurate HRIS records.
• Assist with benefits, workers' compensation and insurance programs.
• Prepare reports and participate in HR training and quality initiatives.
