Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years HR-related experience or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Sensitivity towards confidential information a must.
• Ability to set priorities, multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in HRIS maintenance and file management; MS Office proficient.

Aufgaben

• Perform benefits and payroll administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, reporting, and communicating information to employees and candidates.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database.
• Provide customer service for employees on benefits, payroll, and policies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and screen candidate credentials.
• Lead onboarding including orientation, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork in HRIS.
• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures for local personnel.
• Support firmwide initiatives including personnel policies and procedures.
• Participate in department goals and system development.
• Design and maintain HR-related programs as needed.
• Provide employee relations counseling and coaching to managers.
• Advise on HR, HR law, and employee issues.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
