EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to support nationwide onboarding, coordinating pre-hire requirements and background screenings. You will serve as a resource for new hires, help resolve onboarding needs, and maintain records in Workday and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, onboarding, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems, with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete new hire onboarding in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage pre-employment screening requirements (background checks, MVRs, drug screenings).
• Monitor onboarding activity and follow up on outstanding items.
• Serve as a resource for new hires and support onboarding-related needs.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and HR systems.
• Communicate with hiring leaders, recruiters, and People Operations to support onboarding.
