Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to act as a trusted partner across regions, advising on policies, performance management, orientation, training, and benefits. The role collaborates with Talent, Payroll, HRIS, and hiring leaders, handling employee lifecycle activities and maintaining accurate personnel records for compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a multi-state organization.
• Experience navigating complex employee relations issues.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Professional in correspondence, handling calls and electronic communications.
• Independent but collaborative with strong prioritization and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with HR Manager and Director to carry out HR program vision company-wide.
• Advises employees and managers on HR policies, performance management and training.
• Assists with accommodations and investigations of sensitive issues.
• Collaborates with Talent, Payroll, HRIS, Benefits and hiring leaders.
• Supports employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintains accurate HRIS records and compliance with laws.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
• Prepares regular HR reports and conducts training as needed.
• Manages aspects of insurance programs including workers' comp and state/local compliance.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
