Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Human Resources Generalist role.
• Experience with benefits, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers on policies and benefits.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Process HR transactions (new hires, changes, terminations) in the HRIS.
• Coordinate I-9s, employment verifications and documentation.
• Assist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA accommodations).
• Monitor legal compliance and company policies.
• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
