Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR, HRIS, or administrative experience.
• Experience with HR systems (Paycom preferred; Jamis a plus).
• Strong understanding of CBAs interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR data entry and updates in Jamis from Paycom.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and verify deduction codes in Paycom.
• Support HR reporting and compliance tracking.
