Everyday Coffee Company is seeking an HR Generalist to scale our people infrastructure. You will support frontline and management across multi-state locations, ensuring compliant HR practices, and contributing to a positive, people-first culture.

The role reports to the Chief People Officer and will operate in Austin, TX with in-person or hybrid options. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is highly organized with strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, UKG, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; high discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR partner across multi-state locations and ensure compliant practices.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and HR data integrity.
• Assist with employee relations, performance processes, and coaching.
• Collaborate with payroll for audits, corrections, and inquiries.
• Generate HR reports on turnover, headcount, and compliance metrics.
