Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a personable Human Resources Generalist for a temporary role (temp-to-perm potential) supporting a faith-based organization of ~70 employees across Phoenix, DC, Nashville, and international locations. This position oversees day-to-day HR administrative duties, with a focus on U.S.

payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee support. Company laptop is provided for remote days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADP payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree required (permanent conversion) or strong relevant experience.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Time Tracking: coordinate US payroll, timecards, and data entry.
• Benefits & PTO: main liaison for US benefits and PTO/leave management.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: support smooth onboarding/offboarding with recruiting.
• Daily HR Operations: maintain HR records and run ADP reports.
• Culture & Connection: engage with local and remote teams to foster collaboration.
