Apptad Inc. is seeking an HR Analyst to provide professional HR support to the Department of General Services (DGS) in Nashville.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR transactions, payroll coordination, and employee inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate service across the employee lifecycle. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to collaborate with HR partners and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in HR responsibilities may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, review, and track HR transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements).
• Support recruitment activities (job postings, hiring docs, interview materials).
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee information and tracking tools.
• Respond to routine HR questions on policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and programs.
• Coordinate separations and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements as assigned.
