Job summary

US Heart and Vascular in Houston, TX seeks a Hybrid HR Generalist to support HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations. The role collaborates with practice leadership, payroll, recruiting, and other teams to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, solid MS Excel/data analysis skills, and familiarity with Paycom or HRIS. Expect a hybrid work model with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of Human Resources experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Paycom and HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advises associates on a wide range of HR matters.
• Leads the onboarding program for USHV.
• Manages employee relations practices to maintain a positive relationship.
• Interact effectively and build relationships within and between departments.
• Escalates concerns to Regional HR Business Partner as needed.
• Monitors turnover, unemployment, recruiting, and Workers' Compensation data.
• Works on HR-related projects and reports.
• Maintains a safe workplace by following safety protocols.
• Adapts to changing priorities and business needs.
