We're looking for a proactive HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day responsibilities, works well independently, and builds strong relationships with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Leadership Support
  • Coordinate and administer performance management programs, including employee evaluations, goal development, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Work directly with managers to strengthen accountability, establish expectations, and improve employee performance.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations concerns, performance challenges, and appropriate corrective actions.
  • Evaluate performance trends and recommend strategies that support employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Promote consistent and equitable performance management practices throughout the organization.
HR Analytics & Workforce Reporting
  • Prepare and manage HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
  • Monitor key workforce indicators, including employee turnover, retention, attendance, staffing levels, open positions, and performance results.
  • Interpret HR data to identify trends, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on staffing projections, workforce planning, and organizational reporting.
  • Recommend improvements to HR reporting systems, processes, and data management practices.
Employee Relations & General HR Operations
  • Act as a primary HR resource for employees and management, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support organizational transitions, employee engagement efforts, and broader workforce initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, internal policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations and established HR practices.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to evolving HR priorities as the organization continues to grow.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in an HR Generalist or comparable position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience working in an acquisition-driven or evolving business environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting.
  • Ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leaders across multiple functions.
