Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-hire to day-one onboarding processes.
• Manage background checks, drug screens, and I-9/E-Verify.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
• Configure payroll elements and benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate IT provisioning and workspace needs for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment regulations.
• Partner with TA, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, IT for seamless handoffs.
• Track onboarding metrics and report trends to HR leadership.
