Cloud, MN environment. You'll partner with the HR Team and department leaders, manage associate relations, administer benefits, analyze market data, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–3 years HR experience required.
• Experience with benefits administration and compensation processes preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems such as Paylocity preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and associates on HR policies and best practices.
• Manage associate relations issues and investigations.
• Support benefits, compensation, and HR activities across Talent Acquisition, performance management, and reporting.
• Administer the HRIS, generate reports, and train users to improve efficiency.
• Partner with the HR Team to enhance associate wellness, engagement, and retention.
