Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• PHR or SHRM preferred.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; HRIS/ATS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily benefits processing, enrollments, COBRA, leaves, and compliance testing.
• Administer leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, and interactive process.
• Support compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
• Assist in job descriptions, pay plans, and compensation analysis.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS input, and reporting; ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws; conduct HR audits.
• Provide employment reports and turnover/retention statistics.
• Assist VP of HR in handbook updates and policy compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality per policy and HIPAA requirements; promote culture.
