BASECAMP RECOVERY LLC is seeking a Human Resources and Credentialing Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid Columbus, OH setting. You will work with the HR Manager to maintain compliance, streamline HR workflows, and aid recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and audits.

• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience; healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
• Proficiency with BambooHR, Paycom, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and ability to work with all staff levels.
• Excellent confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Knowledge of HR best practices including onboarding and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, including background checks and system setup.
• Oversee onboarding steps and coordinate Relias training.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
• Manage performance documentation in Paycom.
• Track PTO accruals, backpay, and payroll documentation.
• Draft employee communications and policy announcements.
• Assist with HR audits and ensure file compliance.
• Support investigations and HR-related documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders on employee relations and training needs.
• Plan internal HR events and engagement activities.
• Enter and maintain data in BambooHR and Paycom.
• Ensure completion of required training and compliance tasks.
• Provide guidance on HR processes and policies to managers and staff.
