LHH in McLean, VA is seeking an HR Coordinator for a long-term contract assignment. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers exposure to full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.

You will manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders, and serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers. You will also track progress and maintain accurate records in the ATS to support a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging logistics with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear and timely communication
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate documentation within the HRIS or applicant tracking system
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
