Lithia & Driveway is hiring an HR Coordinator in Medford, OR with hybrid work options. The role focuses on Tier 0-1 HR inquiries, onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS support, and regional coordination. You will work with ServiceNow and Workday while ensuring process accuracy and timely responses to employee questions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 HR inquiries using the case management system and email.
• Coordinate pre-employment and new hire administrative processes including internal movements.
• Provide HR functions support including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits and training.
• Leverage HR systems to generate and analyze reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Create, update, and revise documentation for HR processes, including SOPs.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
