Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, fulfill routine HR inquiries, and maintain accurate position and employee records in a hybrid environment. You will coordinate onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes timely HR service delivery, data accuracy, and compliance across HR systems, reports, and processes, with occasional travel

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and maintain records.
• Coordinate onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding activities.
• Support HR meetings, events, training, audits and projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
