Job summary

Glenmede Trust Company in Philadelphia, PA seeks an HR Coordinator to support the HR department, ensuring data integrity and an excellent onboarding experience. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll while leading cross-functional projects to improve processes.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for employee questions and help drive HR technology initiatives, including AI adoption and compliance across nine

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in HR or one internship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS365).

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR data integrity in ADP across hires, changes and terminations.
• Lead onboarding processes and cross-functional projects to streamline pre-employment.
• Redesign Day 1 orientation and deliver it bi-weekly.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and route complex issues.
• Assist in adopting AI and improving HR technology practices.
• Audit labor law postings across 9 offices; manage HR intranet content.
