The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience, with a Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday.

• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Aufgaben

• Process employee information and lifecycle changes in the HRIS system.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including training follow-up.
• Manage Form I-9 compliance and respond to employment verification requests.
• Serve as a HR liaison for employees and managers with timely guidance on HR programs.
• Maintain electronic HR files and document retention per company policy.
• Support performance management, training, and other HR programs.
• Generate data from HRIS, perform ad hoc reports, and create process documentation.
