• At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment.
• Flexibility to travel for onsite client meetings within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues as an HR expert for ADP's largest clients.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations, prioritise tasks, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and colleagues on best practices.
