Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges. You will maintain client satisfaction, build strong relationships, and deliver training and best practices.

The role blends independent problem-solving with proactive client support, aiming to exceed expectations while upholding ADP's Integrity is Everything core.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 3–5 years in a customer service or HR environment with proven positive results.
• Hybrid role: 3 days in the Denver office and 2 days remote.
• College degree is great but not strictly required; alternative experiences acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems, identify solutions, and provide information, best practices, and training.
• Build rapport with clients and internal partners to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Exceed client expectations through clear, proactive communication and follow-up.
