Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Human Resources Consultant in the Greater Boston area, covering Eastern Massachusetts and parts of Rhode Island. You will act as a trusted advisor, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to address clients' critical business challenges.

Your role emphasizes building rapport, delivering clear guidance, and maintaining client satisfaction. The position involves travel for onsite meetings and frequent client interaction, with top-tier training to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Residence in or near the greater Boston area with regular travel within an assigned external client territory.
• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.
• College degree is not required; other experiences such as military service are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions and provide training.
• Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, and exceed client expectations.
• Provide recommendations and share knowledge with less experienced consultants and specialists.
