Job summary

Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR Department with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. You will partner with the HR Recruitment Specialist to schedule interviews, post openings, review applications, and assist with onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related clerical and administrative experience.
• Fluency in two or more languages, including at least one language that supports the needs of the program and the community served.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment initiatives with the HR Recruitment Specialist.
• Schedule candidate interviews and support interview panels.
• Post job openings and track applicants; maintain recruitment records.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for applicants by phone and email.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and ensure documentation is organized.
