Job summary

The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to perform analytical work in personnel management programs, including classification and pay, recruitment, allocations, reporting structures, and special HR projects.

You will liaise between directorates and HR, analyze issues, and recommend actions to meet customer needs while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Serve as liaison between Cal OES directorates and Human Resources to address staff needs.
