Under the direction of the Equity and Accessibility Management Services Division (EAMSD), Supervisor II, Workforce Analytics and Accountability Branch, the Analyst II is independently responsible for monitoring statewide discrimination complaint activity and providing consultative support to departments in the implementation and improvement of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs. The incumbent performs a wide range of complex administrative, analytical, monitoring, and reporting duties in support of the Discrimination Complaint Tracking and Monitoring Unit.

$6,212.00 - $7,775.00 L/month
