California Government Operations Agency is seeking an Analyst II in the Office of Civil Rights. Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Supervisor I, Office of Civil Rights (OCR), the Analyst II performs a wide range of analytical duties to support program operations and compliance activities. This position assists the Supervisor I with research, data analysis, policy development, and administrative tasks. The Analyst II plays a key role in monitoring civil rights compliance, preparing reports, and ensuring that program objectives are met in alignment with state and federal requirements.
