CFS on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is seeking an HR Analyst to combine HR operations and workforce data analysis in one role. You will maintain employee records, manage HRIS data, and deliver customized reports for finance and operations as the company grows.

The position requires five years of HR experience, HRIS data management, and strong Excel skills. You will support the launch of a performance-management tool and help develop HR resources for a expanding U.S. workforce.

Qualifications

• Five years of HR experience, including HR operations or HR administration.
• Experience managing employee data in an HRIS.
• Experience balancing HR administration with data reporting or analysis; intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; follow up on missing documentation and system activity.
• Analyze workforce information and deliver customized reports for finance, grants management, and operational teams.
• Support HR administration, including employee inquiries related to recruitment, benefits, leave, letter generation, onboarding tasks and HR system maintenance.
• Help implement performance-management processes and maintain HR resources and support channels.
