Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle OTBI, or UKG People Analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS data; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HR systems and provide day-to-day support.
• Design, develop and interpret reports to support daily responsibilities.
• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, training and documentation for HRIS projects.
• Partner with HR to design dashboards and data visuals for decision making.
• Oversee HRIS audits to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
