Job summary

Griffin Greenhouse Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Hard Goods Sales Representative to manage a regional account base. The role combines field visits with office work, using samples and catalogs to showcase premium horticultural products and close deals with wholesale/retail customers.

You’ll travel frequently, provide accurate pricing and delivery estimates, and enter orders in our Prelude system. A base salary plus commissions targets growth and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in horticulture or agriculture.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with CRM and order processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region to meet customers and drive sales.
• Build relationships, provide product guidance, and close deals.
• Demonstrate products using samples and catalogs.
• Handle pricing, contracts, and accurate order entry.
• Provide timely delivery estimates and post-sale support.
• Maintain records and report on sales activity and feedback.
