Griffin Greenhouse Supplies, Inc. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Hard Goods Sales Representative to sell horticultural products from our sales office, showroom, and at customer sites, with a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses.

You will travel regularly within your region, build lasting client relationships, and manage pricing, contracts, and accurate order entry while supporting the Customer Service team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in horticulture or agriculture.
• Experience working with wholesale/retail customers and an understanding of their needs.

Responsabilités

• Frequent travel within the assigned region to connect with customers and maintain market presence.
• Foster relationships by answering inquiries with expert guidance on our products.
• Provide pricing and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the Prelude system and ensure efficient processing.
• Collaborate with collections to monitor customer accounts and seasonal changes.
• Support the Customer Service Department during peak periods, absences, or training sessions.
