Griffin Greenhouse Supplies, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Hard Goods Sales Representative in Lititz, PA. The role focuses on selling horticultural products via office, showroom and on-site visits, with a base salary plus commission and bonuses for performance.

You will travel regularly across the region, build client relationships, and provide pricing and terms. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s preferred; CRM and ordering systems experience is beneficial. Hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in horticulture/agriculture.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with wholesale/retail customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently within the region to engage established and potential customers.
• Build relationships, answer inquiries, and offer product guidance.
• Demonstrate products using samples and catalogs to highlight benefits.
• Enter orders accurately into the Prelude system and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide pricing and credit terms, prepare sales contracts, and report on activities.
