The candidate will travel regionally, build client relationships, and handle pricing, contracts, and order entry. A high school diploma is required; 2–3 years in horticulture sales is preferred, with CRM experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor preferred.
• 2–3 years sales experience in horticulture or agriculture.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with wholesale/retail customers and CRM/order systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly within the region to meet customers and drive sales.
• Build relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide product guidance.
• Demonstrate products using samples and catalogs to highlight benefits.
• Provide delivery estimates and ensure timely service.
• Enter orders accurately and track status using CRM/Prelude.
• Support collections, pricing, and contract processes as needed.
• Attend sales meetings and assist Customer Service during peaks.
