Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is hiring a Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist in Phoenix on a hybrid basis. The role supports attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on rapid problem resolution and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in a call center or professional services IT support, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and security best practices.

Formación

• Experience in a professional services environment or IT helpdesk preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with information security practices and incident escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Resolves complex technical issues at point of contact.
• Provides excellent client service to attorneys and staff.
• Adheres to Helpdesk SOPs and maintains ticketing records.
• Meets KPIs: first contact resolution, ticket closure times, and customer satisfaction.
• May provide on-call support for the Helpdesk.
• Overtime as needed and cross-department collaboration.
