Job summary

Hammer Residences provides IT support across 59 group homes and central offices in Wayzata and White Bear Lake. The Help Desk Technician will respond to tickets, perform initial triage, and deliver on-site support as required, while championing Hammer’s person-centered values.

Flexible work arrangements exist (hybrid-remote/in office) with four days in the Wayzeta office and one day remote travel to sites as needed, including occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Edge, and basic hardware management.
• Prior IT support experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to varied work situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support at Hammer Residences’ group homes and central offices; triage and resolve help desk tickets.
• Respond to requests via phone, email, or portal; perform on-site visits as needed and scheduled.
• Maintain security and data-handling practices in line with HIPAA and MN privacy guidelines.
