Job summary

Resolve I.T. is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Beverly, MA team in a hybrid work arrangement. You will provide remote, first-line IT support to clients, diagnose issues, document solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Certifications are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in IT support or network management.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.
• Certifications like A+, NET+, Security+, or MCP (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT-related issues via email, phone, or other methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of actions and solutions.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend permanent fixes.
• Deliver clear, non-technical explanations to clients.
• Support team collaboration with a "Team Above Self" approach.
