Elliot Health System’s Access Center is seeking an Access Center Coordinator to manage patient scheduling and information intake, delivering timely, high-quality service. This role blends in-person and remote tasks within a hybrid work model.

You will register patients, triage calls, and collect demographics and referrals, coordinating with providers to ensure smooth access to care. Experience in health care or call centers is required; Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years health care or call center experience.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Document patient demographics, financial, and referral data into Epic.
• Triage calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Gather information required by providers before appointments.
