Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations; strong customer focus and communication skills.

• Lead personnel and activities within the Document and Record Management unit.
• Oversee document imaging accuracy, chart retrieval, and related services.
• Coordinate with clerical staff on processes and best practices.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and collect statistics; coach staff.

• Plan schedules and ensure staffing to meet objectives.
• Participate in process improvement with clinicians and leaders.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure quality and productivity.
• Manage budgets and analyze statistics to optimize efficiency.
• Lead customer service improvement efforts and resolve complaints.
