ProService Hawaii is seeking a talented recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across multiple client requisitions in a hybrid Hawaii setting. You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, define requirements and timelines, and advise on market conditions and compensation to surface top candidates quickly.

You will source via job boards and direct outreach, maintain ATS records, and keep clients and candidates informed with proactive updates on progress and next steps.

Qualificações

• This role requires proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple clients.
• Ability to intake requirements, market conditions, and compensation data to shape searches.
• Strong organizational skills, timely communication, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across concurrent requisitions from intake to onboarding.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, direct outreach, and structured screening while maintaining ATS records.
• Provide proactive updates to clients and candidates on pipeline status and next steps.
• Develop and refine recruiting playbooks, intake guides, screening frameworks, and reporting templates.
