Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Engagement & Messaging Specialist in Plano, TX. You will respond to marketing SMS and email inquiries, guide guests toward bookings, and maintain a brand-consistent voice across all communications.

You will also track interactions and contribute insights to improve campaign effectiveness. The role combines communication, sales, and brand stewardship, with opportunities to upsell services and log outcomes in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS and email responses from marketing campaigns.
• Engage guests to guide them toward booking and resolve questions to remove friction in decision-making.
• Provide brand-consistent, personalized responses and adapt messaging as needed.
• Log conversations and outcomes in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Track messaging performance and guest inquiries to drive improvements.
