Job summary

Luminate is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to design and build automated, AI-powered systems that convert signal into pipeline. You will own the technical engine behind our go-to-market motion, spanning enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation to create scalable revenue workflows.

This builder role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Revenue Ops, delivering production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows in production.
Proficiency with Python and SQL, API integrations, and automation tooling.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design.
Strong fluency integrating GTM stack: CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, and intent tooling.

Responsibilities

Build the signal-to-pipeline engine, including enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation.
Own end-to-end fit scoring for ICP; write results to Salesforce.
Power AI-driven outbound, with prospecting and personalization to reduce manual research.
Build internal AI tooling: agents for research, summaries, RFP responses, proposals, and Slack-accessible intel.
Own the demand-gen infrastructure for the website: tracking, tools, and foundations for engagement.
