Job summary

Luminate is hiring a hands-on GTM Engineer to design and build automated, AI-powered systems that turn signals into pipeline. You’ll own the technical engine behind our go-to-market motion — the enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation that make revenue generation repeatable, measurable, and scalable across our market segments.

This is a builder's role at the intersection of data, music and entertainment, partnering with Marketing, Sales Development and Sales to ship infrastructure

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems in production.
• Practical engineering ability: scripting (Python) and data work, API integrations, and workflow tooling.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design applied to revenue-workflow problems.

Responsibilities

• Build the signal-to-pipeline engine and automated workflows across enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation.
• Own fit scoring end-to-end, including design and iteration on accuracy.
• Power smarter outbound with AI-powered prospecting and personalization systems.
• Build internal AI tooling for account research, summaries, proposals, and Slack-accessible agents.
• Own demand-gen infrastructure behind the website and optimize tracking and SEO visibility.
• Define and maintain audiences across channels with attribution and conversion tracking.
• Create real-time GTM visibility with attribution reporting across channels.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and scale successful infrastructure.
