Job summary

SERHANT. in Boston is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team. You will act as the first contact for prospective real estate agents, driving outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, and handling administrative tasks to support expansion.

You will collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to build and refine recruitment strategies, manage CRM records, and maintain a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential agents, generate growth opportunities, cold-call, text, and email candidates to build a pipeline, articulate SERHANT.'s value proposition.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule recruitment pitches for Growth Managers and coordinate meetings with the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Administrative & CRM Management: Serve as first contact for recruitment leads, maintain CRM records, assist in Growth dept tasks.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies and follow-up communications; support efficient recruitment processes.
